IMPROVE Stakeholders’ Community Network: Building a European Ecosystem for Value-Based Healthcare Innovation

The IMPROVE Stakeholders’ Community Network is one of the key exploitable results of the IMPROVE project, bringing together healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers, industry representatives, and patient organizations to advance Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC) across Europe.

To establish this international network, the IMPROVE consortium organized three Stakeholders’ Community Workshops in Ljubljana (Slovenia), Lecce (Italy), and Best (The Netherlands). These workshops created a collaborative platform for sharing experiences, discussing challenges, and co-creating innovative healthcare solutions.

Based on the concept of Multi-Actor collaboration, IMPROVE developed the Multi-Act Framework to support sustainable, patient-centered, and data-driven healthcare transformation. The network promotes collaboration across sectors, strengthens patient involvement, and supports the exchange of best practices and digital innovation for future healthcare systems.

Today, the IMPROVE Stakeholders’ Community Network represents a growing European innovation ecosystem that supports the long-term sustainability and exploitation of IMPROVE results.
