Making Patient-Generated Health Data Work for Better Healthcare.

Every day patients generate valuable health information. Yet much of it never reaches clinical decision-making. IMPROVE is changing that.

IHI-IMPROVE develop an evidence-based and actual framework to effectively leverage the added value of people-centred integrated healthcare solutions, using predominantly Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs), Patient Preference Information (PPI), Patient-Reported Experience Measures (PREMs), and other Patient-Generated Health Data (PGHD).

IMPROVE brings together 26 partners from 10 different countries to make healthcare provision more effective and efficient by putting the patient at the centre of the healthcare process.

THE PLATFORM.

Data become knowledge when they support decisions.

The IMPROVE Platform connects patient-generated health data with clinical evidence and validated knowledge. Through interoperable technologies and intuitive decision-support tools, it transforms complex data into actionable insights for clinicians, researchers, policymakers, industry, and patients.
